Surreal Musical Episode

I felt like I was lost and time went crazy. I guess you could call it surreal. Surreal, surrealism: attempt to express the workings on the subconscious by fantastic imagery and irrational juxtaposition of subject matter. Yeah, I'm going for the surreal.
I was in the car driving with my daughter & four of her teenage friends. We had only been in the car for a few minutes when they all stopped talking & listened to the radio. I only noticed it because as you well know having five teenage girls in a car is like going to a concert - loud noises, loud giggles, bad jokes, singing to the radio - all at once. It was AC/DC on the radio & the song was Highway to Hell. All five girls were quiet & listening to the radio. I could see all their little heads bobbing to the music & ALL were singing.

Now wait a minute! This is my music.

I listened to this as a teenager - who do they think they are? They have their own sound. I was so amazed. It wasn't planned, it just happenned. All girls were bobbing their heads to the music, singing along with the words and I was stunned. No, not just stunned - flabbergasted! Of course, chaos ensued upon the end of the song. I witnessed this first hand and just had to share.
