Having a Bad Moment
My husband's sister, Penny, gave good advice last week. No more Bad Days, ever. She explained that I need to look at them as Bad Moments. Ok. It does help, but sometimes it lasts more as long as an hour or two. And sometimes I can get several Bad Moments in one day.
As long as I look at them as Bad Moments - then I can get by.
Business has been cruddy for over a year now - I mean really bad, but if I only think of it a bit at at time, then it won't be so bad. Bankruptcy, don't think about it and you won't feel bad. Paying the comany bills - go ahead & mail the checks. No money? No problem. Don't think about it and it won't bother you. Car break down? That's ok, you were speeding anyways. Now is the time to sit back & read a book.
I am still finding loopholes in the Bad Moment Biz, but I do feel better.
Rant over.
